If you haven’t done so already,  you will need to have purchased a La Dolce Vita Clubcard in order to complete your registration.

If you have your card information, please fill out the registration form, including your Clubcard Serial Number and Unique reference number.

When you have submitted your details, you will receive confirmation by email with an automated password.

The automated email may land in your spam folder – so make sure you check!
